Let’s get your e-mail signature set up:
First, update the following document with your information, make sure to keep the original formatting, just apply your content. Select all (command +a on mac or control+A on PC) and copy.
Now, all you need to do is paste this content on your signature spot, under gmail settings

1) Open your gmail account on an internet browser. Look for a gear icon on the top right corner

2) After clicking on the “gear”, look for the “see all Settings” option and click on that button.

3) On the “General tab” slide down until you find the field “Signature”. The field should be blank when you open it. This is where you will paste it

4) Make sure the box “Insert signature before quoted text…” is checked

5) The final step is just to save the changes by scrolling all the way down and pressing the “Save changes” button
