Welcome to a New LifeGroup Session!
Before we jump into our study, let’s remember three goals of every LifeGroup gathering:
– Grow with Each Other (know each other better)
– Grow Closer to God (know God better)
– Grow Deeper in Life (live by faith better)
All of the questions are designed to lead us in spiritual and relational growth. The goal is to deepen our relationships with God and one another, and learn to live by faith better in the process.

Grow Closer to God

- What does it mean that God is with us? What does this teach you about God?
- What does it mean to you personally that He is with you on an individual level?
- Describe a time when you look back and see God’s hand in your life.

- What does it mean that the Lord is your Shepherd?
- What does the Lord being your Shepherd teach you about your relationship with Him?
- How does a personal relationship with your Shepherd make a difference in your life?

- What is His role as our Shepherd in the mountaintops versus the dark valleys of life?
- How is His presence a source of comfort in the dark valleys of life?
- What have you learned about the Lord in the valleys that you would not have learned on the mountaintops?

- How has God brought you through a valley of tears to a place of peace? What did this teach you about your relationship with God?
- How can making the best of the valleys we go through draw us closer to the Lord?
