Welcome to a New LifeGroup Session!
Before we jump into our study, let’s remember three goals of every LifeGroup gathering:
– Grow with Each Other (know each other better)
– Grow Closer to God (know God better)
– Grow Deeper in Life (live by faith better)
All of the questions are designed to lead us in spiritual and relational growth. The goal is to deepen our relationships with God and one another, and learn to live by faith better in the process.

Grow with Each Other
- What is something you wanted to accomplish last year that didn’t happen?
- In what areas did you struggle to press on last year?
- What opportunities did you have last year to focus more on the power of the resurrection and experience deeper life change?
Grow Closer to God
- READ Philippians 3:10-12; Ephesians 1:19
- How can you seek to know Christ deeper in the coming year?
- In what areas is God calling you to experience deeper life change?
- How is God calling you to get uncomfortable and press on in your faith?
- READ Philippians 3:13-14
- What are some things you need to leave in the past in order to move forward in faith?
- How might God be leading you to strain forward to serve His Church more deeply this year?
- What does this encouragement to press on with purpose teach you about your faith?
- READ Joshua 1:1-11
- What has God taught you about strength and courage?
- How can being alert and determined help you to pursue God better?
- How can clinging to the past prevent you from pursuing God and growing in faith?
Grow Deeper in Life
- In what areas of your life do you need to lean more on the resurrection power of Christ to help you let go of the past and grow more in your faith?
- How might God be calling you to help more people meet, know, and follow Him?
- In what areas has God called you to serve Him that you have yet to say yes? How can we help you with this?
