Welcome Back!

Welcome to a New LifeGroup Session!

Before we jump into our study, let’s take a moment to remember that there are THREE things we want to see happen every time our LifeGroups gather:

– Movement towards Each Other
– Movement towards God
– Movement towards our Community

Our questions follow this same format. All of the questions are designed towards movement. We hope you enjoy your time together in your LifeGroup.
**Remember, our goal is to deepen our relationship with Jesus and each other. Use the questions that are helpful and skip the rest.

Movement Towards Each Other (know the people in your group)

  • How does it make you feel to be chosen by and special to God?
  • How does knowing God chooses us change your perspective?
  • How can you live a life that reflects God’s spiritual blessings?

Movement Towards God (grow in your relationship with God)

  • READ Ephesians 1:3-6
  • How does knowing we are blessed with spiritual blessings encourage you in faith?
  • What does God choosing you teach you about who God is?
  • How does your perspective of God change knowing you are a child of God once you believe in Christ?
  • READ Ephesians 1:7-8
  • What does having forgiveness through the blood of Jesus teach you about redemption?
  • How does having an inheritance in Heaven encourage you?
  • How does the guarantee of Heaven for believers change your perspective about this life?

Movement Towards Community (they see the change in you)

  • READ Ephesians 1:11-14
  • How does knowing we are sealed by the Holy Spirit at salvation change how we see others?
  • How does the guarantee of our inheritance change how we serve in the day to day?
  • How can we praise God better in our daily lives knowing we are sealed and guaranteed by our salvation?
