Welcome to a New LifeGroup Session!

Before we jump into our study, let’s take a moment to remember that there are THREE things we want to see happen every time our LifeGroups gather:

– Movement towards Each Other
– Movement towards God
– Movement towards our Community

Our questions follow this same format. All of the questions are designed towards movement. We hope you enjoy your time together in your LifeGroup.
**Remember, our goal is to deepen our relationship with Jesus and each other. Use the questions that are help and skip the rest.

this is a stand alone message.

Last Week:
If you are married, have an honest, loving expectation talk about your sex life. How is it going for both of you?
If you are single, thank God this week for creating the gift of sex. Self check – how are you doing in the area of purity?

Two Weeks Ago:
If you are married, what will you choose for your marriage this week?
If you are single, how will you keep Christ in the center of your life this week?

Key Verse:

As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.” Ecclesiastes 11:5

Movement Towards Each Other (know the people in your group)
What’s the highlight of your week?

Movement Towards God (grow in your relationship with God)
What is an adventurous thing you have done?
Was it everything you hoped it would be?
What is one thing on your bucket list?
How did that get on your list?
What steps are you taking to accomplish it?
If you could live one moment over again in your life, exactly as it happened, what would it be?
Read Ecclesiastes 11:8-9
If you could go back 20 years and give yourself advice, what would it be?
Would you have listened? Explain
What have you learned about God over the last 20 years of your life?
How did you learn it?
Do we ever stop learning about God?
Who benefits from our learning about God? Who should?
Read Ecclesiastes 12:1, 13
What is most important in life?
How would you have answered that twenty years ago?
What does it mean to be a life long learner?
How can you invest that knowledge in someone younger?
Whys is that important?
What does life stewardship mean to you?

Movement Towards Community (they see the change in you)

Take that last question and spend some time this week to pray about it.
